Functional Organic Materials Research Group

Welcome to the homepage of the Functional Organic Materials Group! 

Our research is focused on the development of novel π-systems, molecular switches, and dynamic interfaces. We use the tools of organic synthesis, photochemistry and computational chemistry. 

We are located at the Institute of Organic Chemistry within the Research Centre for Natural Sciences (RCNS) in Budapest. Our research is funded through the “Lendület” Program of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and by the National Reseach, Development and Innovation Office, Hungary.
